Oftentimes, you only need to look at the label to know what kind of pizza you are getting. 

If you are like me who gets tired of the usual thing and the usual flavors/toppings of pizza, swing by at the newest Project Pie store in W City Center, BGC and #BYO – Build Your Own!

Project Pie is a concept by founder James Markham who was sick and tired of the usual pizza so he created fast and no frills artisan style pizza. He first opened a store in MGM Grand Las Vegas and shortly opened other branches in US and across other countries. 

In 2013, Mr Leo Prieto Jr saw the potential of Project Pie (he was then a Chairman of International Family Food Services, Inc), spoke with James and brought Project Pie in the Philippines together with CEO Vic L. Gregorio (through DBE Project). In 2016, the company changed management hands and is now headed by Mr. Chris Po, as chairman of DBE Project Inc, and Mr. Vic Gregorio remains the President. 

Thank you to these gentlemen, we get to enjoy the concept of Project Pie which is fast, casual pizza. The best thing about it, we can DESIGN and BUILD our own PIZZA, PASTA and SALAD from the freshest ingredients – all prepared in 2 minutes!

Rodel, Gus and I had a fun time building our own creation in a very interactive set-up. The new Project Pie’s interior are more hip with fresh vibe – perfect for insta-worthy photos (or not-so-perfect moments) 😀
